I'm loving this Women's Plaid Favorite Shirt by Merona.

I purchased it from Target! The evening of the photoshoot above was a cool one - the mountain air was so refreshing. This button-up kept me warm along with my AG "The Jackie" Coated Tuxedo Stripe skinny jeans (that's a mouthful!). I had so much fun taking these photos with my hubby. We were in the beautiful tiny mountain town of Silver Plume, Colorado. The leaves are well on their way to displaying their gorgeous and fiery colors.
I linked another similar "Women's Plaid Favorite Shirt" for you in the Outfit Details description above and you can view it in the image below. It's black with white stripes - a great transitional piece from fall to winter! You could spice up this button-up with a yellow vest for some color. In fact, I linked a warm and cute one for you at the end of this post.

During this photo shoot, I was able to wear my AG Tuxedo jeans for the first time. They are comfortable, stretchy, and classic! I love the leather-esque stripe that runs down the sides of my legs. It adds an extra slimming touch and a nice unique detail compared to normal black skinny jeans. Even though this was my first time wearing them, I bought them last winter (and never wore them!), so they're sold out. However, I found a few very flattering pairs that are $20 (other than the Free People tuxedo jeans). How cool?

The booties I'm wearing are from Anthropologie and they are a few years old as well. I wish brands would bring back some favorite items that they sold a few years ago. I always feel like I'm trying to find very old items to purchase again, but I hardly have any luck. The booties I'm wearing are from Steve Madden and they're Free Birds. Steve Madden Free Birds last forever - seriously. They are made with such amazing quality, which is why the price point for Free Birds seems insane. I love the vintage look that these booties have - they remind me of booties that a Western woman from the 1700s would wear underneath a long poofy dress!
I found some similar booties for you. The Steve Madden "Ricca" and "Loolaa" booties are the most similar to mine and are super cute!

I hope this post gives you some ideas on what to wear with a plaid button-up shirt! Stay warm!

xoxo,
Chelsea
